Work will begin during the Spring / Summer of 2017 on a brand new play equipment at the existing play area off Heol Llanelli, Pontyates.
Pontyates Play Area off Heol Llanelli, Pontyates – design for proposed play area. The play area will be installed by the end of May 2017 at a cost of £70,000. The park has been transferred from Carmarthenshire County Council under a licence agreement. This arrangement will be ultimately transferred to a 99 year lease.
