2. Bob blwyddyn, mae’r ffurflen flynyddol yn cael ei harchwilio gan Archwilydd Cyffredinol Cymru. Mae gan unrhyw berson sydd â diddordeb gyfle i archwilio a gwneud copïau o’r Ffurflen Flynyddol a’r holl lyfrau, gweithredoedd, contractau, biliau, talebau a derbynebau ac ati yn ymwneud â’r ffurflen flynyddol am 20 diwrnod gwaith ar rybudd rhesymol. Am y flwyddyn a ddaeth i ben 31 Mawrth 2016, bydd y dogfennau hyn ar gael ar rybudd rhesymol drwy wneud cais i:

1. Date of announcement: 25 May, 2016

2. Each year the annual return is audited by the Auditor General for Wales. Any interested person has the opportunity to inspect and make copies of the Annual Return and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts etc. relating to them for 20 working days on reasonable notice. For the year ended 31 March, 2016, these documents will be available on reasonable notice on application to:

between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
commencing on 10 June, 2016 and ending on 7 July, 2016
3. Local Government Electors and their representatives also have:

• the right to question the Auditor General about the accounts. The Auditor General can be contacted via Grant Thornton UK LLP, 11-13 Penhill Road, Cardiff CF11 9UP until the audit has been completed; and

• the right to attend before the Auditor General and make objections to the accounts or any item in them. Written notice of an objection must first be given to the Auditor General via Grant Thornton UK LLP, 11/13 Penhill Road Cardiff CF11 9UP.

4. The Audit is being conducted under the provisions of the Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004, the
Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 and the Auditor General for Wales’ Code of Audit Practice.
