LLANELLI RURAL COUNCIL CELEBRATES RE‑ACCREDITATION WITH PRESTIGIOUS INVESTORS IN PEOPLE AWARD
Llanelli Rural Council is pleased to announce that it has successfully achieved re‑accreditation with the Investors in People (IiP) award, reaffirming its strong and ongoing commitment to its workforce and to organisational excellence.
The re‑accreditation follows a rigorous independent assessment which recognised the council’s positive workplace culture, effective leadership, and continued investment in staff development. Investors in People accreditation is an internationally recognised standard, measuring how organisations lead, support and develop their people in order to achieve sustainable results.
The assessment highlighted the council’s focus on clear values, strong governance, open communication and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. Staff and members were recognised for their professionalism, dedication and pride in delivering high‑quality services for local communities.
