Most of Llanelli Rural Council’s community venues are operated by volunteer committees. These committees manage the booking schedules, set hire charges, and handle payment arrangements. The astro turf pitch in Dafen and the angling facilities at Lower Lliedi Reservoir, Swiss Valley are directly managed by Llanelli Rural Council. Outdoor activities at Lower Lliedi Reservoir are delivered by LiveFree Adventures.
